Trace Systems

·             Designs/installs a cutting-edge conference room for key stakeholder meetings between the US, Pakistan and Afghanistan comprised of simultaneous large screen A/V presentation, data communication, video teleconference and triple-language translation capabilities.

·             Originates a “Fighting Position” communication system from existing assets that includes VoIP and conferencing capabilities and remains operational even when enemy radio jamming systems are in place.

·             Reduces software costs and production time through the development of an automated script to create back-ups for critical data; leads the completion of a lifecycle change-out project of 125+ computer systems 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

·             Increases inventory control capabilities by creating a comprehensive asset management program.

·             Improves Tactical Operations by allowing for increased confidence in threat detection and faster force deployment.

Rockwell Collins

·             Reduced report submission time 80% and significantly increased customer satisfaction by creating a “one stop” SharePoint portal that contained inventory/usage statistics, shipping/repair statuses and maintenance actions/inspections for 4 geographically dispersed locations.

·             Decreased satellite earth terminal noise interference 60%, enabled lower power usage and increased transponder life and satellite performance by upgrading the terminals with leading-edge high power amplifiers; completed this estimated 6 week project in 2 weeks.

Peterson Air Force Base

·             Saved the US Government $60M through the early delivery (8 weeks) of a $500M contract; directed team of technical experts in the design of a statement of work for the contract.

·             Retained $800,000 of a projected $37M contract by developing a Space Fence Maintenance transition plan for the Air Force.

·             Achieved an “Excellent” Quality Assurance rating through strong communications support and electronics upkeep.

Elmendorf Air Force Base

·             Ensured optimal operations of communication systems by directing scheduled/unscheduled system troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of $70M in mobile satellite communication systems (i.e. Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Defense Meteorological Space Program (DMSP) and Military Strategic and Tactical Relay (MILSTAR).

·             Operates as the sole General Dynamics trained/certified Field Service Representative for the deployable Multi-INT Analysis/Archive system for all Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) recording storage/dissemination.

·             Initiates Disaster Recovery procedures enabling rapid recovery in a mission-critical environment; boosts network resource utilization through the design/implementation of an online interface with real-time data graphics.

·             Managed 5 deployable KU/KA band satellite Earth Terminals across 4 locations to support the United States Special Operations Command (SOCCOM).

·             Controlled the full range of design support, installation, testing, configuration control and electronic maintenance for 24 global space systems; served as the Systems Manager in support of 12 geographically dispersed units.

·             Coordinated 21 space sensor systems monitoring and maintenance contracts; supplied critical metrics for logistical planners and key stakeholders.

·             Reviewed maintenance activities for safety, completion and quality and generated processes to allow for rapid response to emergency requests; functioned as the Initial Process Review (IPR) Maintenance Team Leader.
